Returns And Exchange Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and your feedback is important to us so if there is something you want to tell us about please let us know by sending us a message.

We will accept the return/exchange for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
- We only accept return/exchange requests for goods purchased on our website www.dans2u.com only.
- REFUNDS are not available for purchases made on our websites.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Only returns via courier service or send to our head office is accepted.
- You are responsible for any cost associated with returning and sending your item to us & from us.
- Shipping cost for sending back your item is Peninsular RM10 & Sabah/Sarawak RM18.
- Items must be returned in unwashed and unused condition, with all original tags attached. Shoe boxes must be returned in their original packaging including undamaged boxes.
- We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched or dirty soles. Please note that when trying on shoes, you should try them on a clean surface.
- All returns will be reviewed first by Ecommerce Team and we reserve the right to reject it if the returned item does not meet the above criteria.
